Return Conditions

All returns to Adult DVD Site are subject to the following conditions:

Your return must be sent to us within 30 days of the when your order was dispatched.
DVDs cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
Defective items will be replaced with the same item only.
No substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued.
ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included.
Shipping Charges on returns are refundable when tested as defective.
Novelties (Sex Toys) may not be returned for any reason.

How To Return An Item

If you do not follow the below procedure, your return may be sent back:

Email us @ support@adultdvdsite.co.uk with the following details:

Your name and order number.
Your email address.
Details of product being returned.
Description of the fault.

Once you receive our reply with any further instructions, carefully pack your return items in a secured parcel and return your package to the following address: ADS Digital GmbH, Industriestrasse 3, CH-8575, Burglen, Switzerland. When we receive the faulty item which will be tested as defective a replacement will be sent. Please check the disc on a second machine & TV as non-defective discs cannot be replaced.
